Your personal sign-in details. Your account is yours — it's separate from any church, and you can belong to several churches with one account.

How do I update my name or profile photo?

Go to Account from your personal hub. The profile section sets your name and an optional phone number; the picture section uploads a photo shown next to your name across the app.

How do I change my email address?

In Account, the email section updates your sign-in address. You'll get a confirmation link at the new address — the change takes effect once you click it.

How do I change my password?

In Account, the password section sets a new password. Pick something at least 8 characters; a memorable sentence is stronger than a short complicated one.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

In Account, open Two-factor authentication and choose Set up two-factor. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator, …), then enter the 6-digit code it shows.

From then on, every sign-in — password or magic link — pauses at a code step: enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app to finish signing in. Admin pages won't open until the code step is complete, even if a sign-in slipped past it.

This is strongly recommended if you own a church — an owner account can change roles and, later, handle money, so a stolen password shouldn't be enough to get in.

How do I turn two-factor off?

In the same section, choose Turn off two-factor. You'll need to be signed in (including the code step) to do it. If you've lost your authenticator device, contact support.
