Do members pay too?

No. The church holds one subscription and every member it invites gets full access — members never pay separately.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Free is free forever for small churches — prayer, events, groups, announcements, the directory, the mobile app, your public page, plus offering & expense records and a document vault. Upgrade only when you want the AI tools or are ready to grow.

What do the paid plans actually do for us?

Three jobs a small church rarely has anyone for. Graphics draws the poster, slide or social post for whatever is coming up — pulled straight from the event already on your calendar — and you download it and post it yourself. Scribe turns a recording of a meeting, study or sermon into a transcript and a written-up document. And the assistant answers members' questions from your own published events, drafts announcements, and reads a photo of an offering count sheet or a receipt to pre-fill the entry. All three are on Community and Growth.

Do the AI features have separate limits?

No — there is one monthly credit allowance per church and every AI feature draws from it, so you decide how it gets spent. A month heavy on graphics simply leaves less for recordings, and nothing is stranded in a bucket you did not use. If you run out, the rest of Psalmly keeps working and you can top up.

How does online giving work?

Donations run through Stripe. On the free plan Psalmly adds a small platform fee; on Community and Growth the Psalmly platform fee is 0% (standard card processing always applies). Donors can optionally cover the processing fee so your church receives close to the full gift.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes — change plans or cancel from your church's billing page anytime. Cancelling keeps access through the end of your billing period.
