Getting support from Psalmly

How to open a support ticket, what each category means, and what to expect on timing.

Community and Growth churches get a Support section in the admin sidebar — a direct line to Psalmly. Open a ticket, attach a screenshot, and we'll reply right inside the app.

Opening a ticket

In your church's admin area, go to Settings → Support and choose New ticket. Pick a category, add a short subject and a description of what's happening, and attach up to five screenshots or PDFs (10 MB each) if they help.

  • Something's broken — a bug or something not working as expected.
  • How do I…? — a question about using Psalmly.
  • Billing & giving — anything about your plan, payouts, or online giving.
  • Feature request — an idea for something you'd like to see.
  • Something else — anything that doesn't fit above.

Where replies show up

Every ticket is a two-way conversation that lives in Settings → Support — both your messages and our replies stay in one place. When we reply, you'll get an email and a dot appears on the Support item in your sidebar. Any of your church's admins can see and continue a ticket, so a conversation never gets stranded if someone's away.

What to expect

Psalmly support is handled personally — you'll usually hear back within a day or two. When a question is answered, you can Close the ticket; replying again reopens it anytime.

Free churches

Support tickets are part of the Community and Growth plans. On the free plan you'll see an upgrade option, plus this Help Center for self-serve answers.
